    In an interview on CNBC on July 15, BlackRock CEO Larry Fink praised Bitcoin and said it is an investment that should be in a personal portfolio.

    Mr. Fink said he used to be skeptical about Bitcoin, but has now completely changed his mind about this currency. He stated:

    “He said if investors are concerned about government devaluation through inflation, Bitcoin helps them regain control of their finances and is a useful investment when financial markets are unstable. “

    Mr. Fink reiterated his previous point, likening Bitcoin to “digital gold”.

    BlackRock, one of the leading financial institutions on Wall Street, was approved to create a Bitcoin spot ETF in January this year and currently holds the largest BTC ETF with an asset value of up to 18.2 billion USD.
